  • Major Outcome of research work is “Factor analysis is given three factor solution. These three factors explain 83.519% of variance. User behavior has a strong and positive correlation with user friendliness. User behavior intention has weak positive correlation with safety and security. User behavior intention has weak positive correlation with Frustration using e-payment system/application. User friendliness has no correlation with safety and security and user behavior”
  • User behavior = 3.666 + 0.966 * user friendliness + .415 * safety and security + 0.132 * Frustration using E-Payment System / Application.

  • As information technology faculty my primary research focus remained to utilize IT technology for effective management and improved consumer experience
  • I have written research papers and done my phd research with an objective of benefiting to the society, companies and government
  • One of my research paper is on understanding challenges in implanting smart city project in Pune. Where in we found major challenges is not having clarity about smart city project to both implements and citizens
  • My another research work was on adoption of electronic payment system by senior citizens. Wherein I tried to identify what problems are faced by senior citizens while adopting electronic payment system. I found that they are willing to use the electronic payment system however, the complexity is major obstacle for them.
  • I also studied security related issues in mobile application from user perspective in an another research paper.
  • I studied mobile financial transactions consumer behavior in rural and urban users
